Great News!  The Atrium’s pools are being redone.  New tiles, improved circulation, the hollow spots and shelly areas will be fixed, a new bond coat, Diamond Brite Gem finish, improved handrails, water sealing the drain returns with new grate covers.  It is a lot and will take some time; however, the finished project will look and feel great.  Worth the wait!

We aspire to complete this action plan with as limited guest interruption as possible. With that said, please note the following:

• Monday, 11/4 we will start to drain the pool. The pool deck and pool will still be open.  Around 5 PM the pool and pool deck will be closed. They will remain closed till the project is finished.
• Tuesday, 11/5 At approximately 8 AM the pool company will start the demolition (removal of all the old tile work).  During this phase off and on there might be some noise and dust in the air poolside.  This phase should be completed by 6 PM.  If necessary, the demo will continue Wednesday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
• The pool and pool deck will reopen and Guest Ready Monday, November 25.

During this process, we will have a taped off beach access walkway. Please do not walk behind the taped off areas. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
